FindPetCare.com uses a unique business model designed to accommodate pet care provider needs.
Service fee
The FindPetCare.com service is free of charge to pet care providers. We add a reservation fee on top of your service cost. This fee is paid by the pet owner directly to us and it does not affect you in any way. We are able to offer this because we also support our operations through advertising and sponsorships.
Account setup
Although initial online "do-it yourself" set up is quick and easy and costs you nothing, for an optional one time fee of $19.95 per business location we'll set up all of your locations on FindPetCare.com. You simply mail or email us your brochure, prices, pictures and we do the rest, including digital picture processing and also, if you choose it, integrating the reservation button into your website.
Sponsoring providers - Optional
Optionally, if you would like to sponsor the "Service fee" (see above definition) then this fee will be deducted from the reservation amount and charged by FindPetCare.com directly to the customer credit card. The reservation balance is paid by the customer directly to you at check-in or check-out time (according to your policies, by check, cash or cards).
Benefit: As sponsoring provider, you appear into the search results before all non-sponsoring providers. The current service fee is 5% of the reservation amount and is subject to change (with prior notice to existing provider accounts only).
Example:
John places an online reservation request for 1 Dog for 5 nights at a rate of $20.00 per night, to a total of $100.00. FindPetCare.com applies the 5% reservation fee which means $5.00. A sponsoring provider will deduct $5.00 from the $100 and charge the customer directly $95.00. FindPetCare.com charges $5.00 directly to the customer once the reservation is confirmed by the provider.
