My husband and I are dog lovers, and we would love to pamper your dog while you are away. Instead of dropping your dog off at a crampy, overcrowded, and caged-in dog boarding place, you can drop your dog off at our townhouse where they will be treated as if they were our own and have free roam while indoors, or they can stay at their own house in their own environment and we'll come to them (this option is available within the vicinity only and is available for cat care as well). We will take him/her out on many walks, play, and give lots of positive and personal attention 24/7. There's no need to worry while you are away. For those of you who leave the house for many hours at a time for work, etc., we also offer dog walks and visits so your pets aren't alone for so long and they can stretch out and do their business until you return in the evening. We don't have any animals of our own (our beautiful dog passed away last October) so we'd love to care for yours. We take a maximum of two dogs at a time to ensure the highest quality of care. Checking in on your house is also available. We can pick up mail, turn lights on/off, etc. We will meet with all interested parties to make sure we are a good match. Dogs must be in good health, potty trained, not aggressive towards people and other pets, neutered/spayed, and must be flea and tick free. We are not licenced or bonded. But we love dogs! Boarding your dog at Austin Dogtown will be like a fun trip to overnight camp for your 4-legged friend. Our ultimate goal is to create a "home-away-from-home" atmosphere for your dog. Based on temperament & personality, boarders will take part in the daycare fun during the day, while being housed in extra large crates in various playrooms during naptime and at night. While dogs are pack animals, they also like to have their own special "den"-- their own special place with their blanket, toy, etc. so they feel comfortable and safe. Crates offer a nice, quiet place for retreat after a long day of play. We encourage you to bring their bed, food and favorite toy. We also offer a premium house brand food we can feed and are happy to accommodate dogs with special needs such as medication or unusual feeding (for $2/day). Just let us know your dog's special situation and we will strive to meet it!

We are a no cage no kennel service. Your little one will live in my home as he does in yours. With full access to my large safely fenced in back yard. WE SRE FILLED FOR THANKSGIVING AND CHRISTMAS...SORRY

We house your pet in climate controlled outdoor indoor runs with one mile walks two times a day or we have a large 100ft by 500ft play yard with doggie pools where dogs can interact with other dogs if you so desire. You can bring your own food and doggie blanket or we will provide both. We feed our dogs Iams dry dog food. We, Pam and Robin, live on the premises which provides clean country air for the dogs.
